After receiving his Business Marketing degree from Montana State University in Bozeman, MT, Chad jumped head first into the recruiting industry and has not looked back. He spent the first 4 years of his recruitment career in San Diego, CA, followed by a move back to Montana working and recruiting in the Rocky Mountain region.
With almost a decade of experience he has worked and found success in a variety of markets and industries including Construction Engineering, Banking/Finance, and Energy. Chad is now the President of Stone Peak Recruiting, based in Billings, MT. He loves what he does and is proud of the honest and passionate culture instilled in Stone Peak. When out of the office, he can be found spending time with family and friends or with fly rod in hand, enjoying the outdoor lifestyle that Montana provide.
