1. Business integration and Strategy
Effective recruitment requires learning and understanding the clients specific business strategy, culture and overall hiring objectives. Stone Peak aims to integrate with our clients, effectively and efficiently finding candidates with the specific talent and qualifications desired. The right candidate must possess a mix of both professional and personal strengths, as well as aligned ambitions in todays evolving business environment
2. Search, Qualify & Interview
The next stage of our process is candidate search and qualification. We have developed highly effective search strategies consisting of networking with our extensive trusted professional networks, established global database, focused advertising, as well as social media and online platforms. Every search is different and we understand that reaching desired objectives often requires a tailored search approach. Once viable candidates are found and have demonstrated interest in the position, we begin our interview process. Through telephone and live interviews we then qualify candidates, focusing the course of our discussions on meeting the pre-determined objectives of the client. We take pride in our ability to obtain all relevant information and experience during our interviews, allowing us to dial in the best candidates for the job.
3. Candidate Submissions, Hire, and Follow-Up
Once leading candidates have been interviewed, we then prepare confidential assessment reports, reference feedback, and deliver our results and recommendations to the client. From this point we are available any time to answer follow-up questions or concerns, coordinate direct interviews with the client, and support offer negotiations as needed. Once a candidate is hired, we maintain strong communications with the successful candidate and our client during the transition period to make sure on-boarding runs smoothly. Following a period of time agreed with our client, we follow up with both parties to track the impact of our work, and ensure expectations are being met on both sides.
